The proliferation of online apps is steadily increasing as more startups see the business need and want to share their vision and expertise online. No longer are small businesses feeling like they are being left behind by the ever changing advancements in technology. There was a time that only cash rich enterprise companies could afford to be cutting edge with the latest technology. But these times are no more. These are truly exciting times for small businesses to take advantage of the technology tools to become a formidable business player if they so choose. Affordable and efficient cutting edge technology has levelled the playing field.
Now the challenge becomes how to select the tools that will do the job well to support the human resources of the various departments within a company. Whether it is to increase productivity, revenues or handle project management, practice management or financial management, the key is to find the right tools for the job. Will these tools help to streamline processes and improve efficiency? Will they help to take your business to the next level? These and other questions need to be addressed and resolved before the decision is made. To answer these questions, you will need to do research and evaluate these technology tools to make the right decision.
Our goal is to help you with this process. So we’ve begun to scour the web for apps that do what they do well. We’re zeroing on the “best in breed” apps for small business. For starters, we’ll take one such app and zoom in on the “add-ons” that compliments it. Once we’ve completed this exercise, we’ll focus on another app, maybe one previously mentioned and expand upon others that relate or integrate to it and so on. So you get the idea. At the end if the process, we’ll have hopefully developed an ecosystem that brings together a comprehensive suite of apps that work well for your small business.
